Some clients hand over to us all their IT-related issues, including day-to-day servicing of their information system, technical management, formation and implementation of the IT policy of the company, and long-term planning of IT resources. Other clients turn to us for either additional assistance to their in-house IT servicing teams, or they use our expert assessment of or opinion on various IT issues.

Some of the clients enter into fixed agreements with “BTT Group”, providing for a monthly service fee. Others choose open agreements that determine the price of services in accordance with the client’s needs. Yet another group of clients only use our services while implementing large IT projects.
